Academic integrity and permitted use

The materials we deliver are study aids, reference examples, and learning support. They are not meant for direct submission to any educational institution. You are responsible for how you use delivered materials and for complying with your institution's rules on academic integrity, plagiarism, originality, and citation. Ranked Writers is not responsible for disciplinary outcomes that arise from the misuse of our materials.

Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, and lawful instructions, files, and access details when required
• Ensure you own or have permission to share any content or data you provide
• Use delivered materials as guidance only and cite appropriately
• Keep login credentials secure and remove or change them after we complete tasks that require temporary access

Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

Pricing, payments and taxes

We will provide a clear quote before work starts. Prices may change if the scope changes. Payment methods include PayPal, Crypto, Remitly, and bank transfer, subject to availability in your region. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees and for any taxes that apply.

Revisions

Revisions are free when they are consistent with your original instructions, rubric, and scope. Request revisions within a reasonable window after delivery, which is typically 14 days unless stated otherwise in your quote. New requests, changes to the prompt, or additional analysis may be billed as new work.

Refunds and cancellations

• You may cancel before we assign an expert for a full refund, less payment processor fees
• After assignment but before delivery, refunds may be partial based on work completed
• After delivery, refunds are available only if we fail to deliver what was agreed and cannot correct the issue after reasonable revisions
• Services tied to a specific time window, such as live classes, exams, or timed assessments, are not refundable once the session begins
• To request a refund, contact us and include your order details and a clear explanation

Delivery timelines

We aim to meet or beat agreed timelines. Your timely responses to questions, files, and approvals are required to keep schedules on track. If delays occur due to late information, platform outages, or events beyond our control, we will update you and propose a new timeline.

Plagiarism and originality screening

We create work from scratch and perform plagiarism and AI content checks as part of our quality process. Screening tools are imperfect and occasionally produce false positives or negatives. We will cooperate in good faith to address any concerns and to provide revisions where needed.

Confidentiality and data protection

We keep your personal information and files confidential and use them only to provide the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share data and forms part of these Terms. By using the services, you consent to our privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Between you and Ranked Writers, we retain ownership of our know-how, processes, and tools. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for personal study, research, and learning support. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our deliverables as original work.

Access credentials and platforms

If you request help that requires access to third-party platforms, you confirm that you have the right to grant us access solely for the purpose you describe. You also agree to change or revoke access when the task is complete. Ranked Writers is not liable for platform outages, changes in platform rules, or loss of access caused by the platform provider.

Third-party services

We use third-party services such as payment processors, messaging platforms, form handlers, hosting, analytics, and plagiarism screening tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ranked Writers is not responsible for issues caused by those providers.

Disclaimers

The services and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific grades, acceptance decisions, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranked Writers and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ranked Writers and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of any third party.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
